Chicken Breast Casserole

  • Ingredients
    • 1 cup uncooked long grain/wild rice
    • 1 stick oleo (1/2 cup)
    • 3 whole Chicken Breasts (split – 6 pieces)
    • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    • 1 packet dry instant chicken broth mix (For 1 can cream of chicken soup)

Melt margarine in 2 qt. casserole.
Add rice – then chicken pieces – sprinkle with onion soup.
Mix other ingredient and pour over all.

Bake 300° for 1 1/2 hours or till rice is done.
