- Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked long grain/wild rice
- 1 stick oleo (1/2 cup)
- 3 whole Chicken Breasts (split – 6 pieces)
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 packet dry instant chicken broth mix (For 1 can cream of chicken soup)
Melt margarine in 2 qt. casserole.
Add rice – then chicken pieces – sprinkle with onion soup.
Mix other ingredient and pour over all.
Bake 300° for 1 1/2 hours or till rice is done.
