Origin

Just like any family, if you look far back enough you’ll find yourself all across the globe. Luckily for many, you don’t have to look that far back to find yourself all around. Family is a thing that is special and unique to every person, and its good to have a strong and close relationship with them.

My father and his side of the family originated from Bohemia for the most part. Bohemia was a large kingdom in the Holy Roman Empire, and a country of beauty. My great x2 grandfather on my father’s side came from here as a man and lived here ever since. Bohemian cooking is filled with dishes that are made with basic ingredients, but are made with special by the way they are prepared and used in a dish.
